Shopping Pages
October and November 2006
I have decided to revamp my web site. While I will still have my shopping pages and hope that you use them, I am *REALLY* trimming down what sites I have here. For one thing, it's just too much to keep up with on daily basis, and I just am not doing it. Also, some sites are still not garnering any interest at all. Those are going, toot-sweet! I have my fav's that I personally use ALL the time (Amazon.com, 1-800-Flowers, Travelocity, etc) that will stay, for as long as I possibly can keep up with them. I have also replaced non-interest sites with new ones that I hope you will visit. Many are ones that I personally use and am just now able to join. The sites that I will have here will be GREAT ones, not ones that just peaked my curiousity. Most I have personally used while we were overseas and still do now that we are back Stateside.
Enjoy shopping in your pj's - I know I do!

Wow, lots of changes. Make sure you refresh if you haven't visited lately. Also, check out the " List of Sites" -- nice quick, alphabetical listing!
Cheers,

I am working to streamline pages to make finding links easier, and getting rid of ones that have had little-to-no interest. As always, if you are looking for something specific please let me know. I will look to see if I can host a link here.
Thanks to everyone for all the support this site has received in the past year! Everything here supports the adoption fund.

November 2004
As many of you know, I am not a shopper. Malls, to me, are terrible time wasters and I have always ended up spending more money in them than when I shopped on-line. Before our move to Japan in 2001, both the Christmas of 1999 and 2000 I worked towards 100% on-line shopping. I did not quite make that in 1999, but in 2000 I did not step one foot into a mall! Jeff and I did go and wander around Old Towne Alexandria (Virginia) at Christmastime, but it was sooooo much fun and no worries about what to buy, what was still on our list, etc. By the way, if you are local, there is nothing like Alexandria at Christmastime - go for a visit, it is remarkable!
The links that are here on my website are places that I have both visited and purchased from personally, or are places that have piqued my interest and plan to visit myself soon! In no way am I endorsing these sites or suggesting that you purchase from them. They are links to places that look interesting - it is your decision to purchase from them, or not. Also, if you have favorite web site(s) that you like to shop at, let me know. I will check to see if they have a program that I can join and then I will add it here. Thank you!
Happy Shopping!
P.S. There are 8 categories - make sure you scroll down to see them all!
